At Normby, we love color because color is fun!
So we make all our ice cream using plant based colors that come from
butterfly pea powder, spirulina, turmeric, purple sweet potato and beet juice!

We handcraft our ice cream using the creamiest and most simple ice cream base thanks to Hudson Valley Fresh Dairy and several local, family run farms. Big and small, they've joined together to offer up fresh - days from the cow - milk & cream which we turn
into our luscious ice creams!

We use only the best, all-natural ingredients and keep it local as much as we can.

Our toppings include the classics as well as dye-free options, gluten-free options and vegan/dairy free as well 

We are a hard scoop shop - no soft serve.

We also make our own VEGAN ice cream!
Rich and creamy, made with tapioca and completely dairy-free!

Many of our ice creams are Gluten-Free & Nut Free, just ask our staff!
