ORDER DEADLINES:

To ensure we can make your cake on time, please place your order

AT LEAST 72 hours in advance (3 days), taking into account our current operating hours (Closed Mondays & Tuesdays in the off-season)

• Please Note: We often fill up — the sooner you order, the better!

• RUSH ORDERS: sometimes we can squeeze you in, but not guaranteed

  • 48-hours: +$10​

  • 24-hours: +$20

• Our ice cream flavors rotate regularly.

• Want something special?
  ➤ With enough notice, we can make a custom flavor!

CAKE OPTIONS:

• Classic Ice Cream Cake: Vanilla / Chocolate with a crunchie center

• Custom Ice Cream Cake: Choice of 2 flavors with crunchie center

• Ice Crem & Cake: Choice of ice cream layer & cake layer

• Ice Cream & Brownie: Choice of ice cream & brownie layer
• Ice Cream pie: choice of ice cream in a 8" graham cracker crust
• Cookie Cake: 10" Chocolate Chip Cookie decorated to your request
• Pup Cake: 4" cake made with yogurt and peanut butter

DIETARY OPTIONS:

• Vegan and Gluten-Free ice cream cakes available

• All ice cream is naturally colored

• Dye-free decorating is available too!

  • (Please note it is more pastel than bright colors)

CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS:

• We offer a simple inscription with border - one color of your choice

• For custom cakes, we will do our best to complete your request to the best of our ability. We do not copy someone's else's work instead we can recreate it in our own style

• Custom work requires more time, please place your order early.

• Sorry, we do not offer:

  • Tiered cakes

  • Fondant work

PICK-UP OPTIONS:

• At the moment all cakes can be picked up at our Pawling shop, a new Carmel location is in the works for 2026!

PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION:

• When you submit your order, we will be in contact if we have any questions and will send over an invoice. Payment in full is needed within 24 hours of the invoice to ensure your cake gets on the schedule. 

• If payment is not received within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled

• If you change your mind once payment has been made, you must contact us immediately to request a refund - once orders are started, a refund cannot be granted but store credit can be discussed
