Location: Pawling, NY + Carmel, NY
Pay: $20–$22/hr (based on experience) + tips to start
Schedule: Part-time to Full-time | Weekends & evenings required

We are a fast-growing, handcrafted ice cream shop focused on real ingredients, high quality, and creating an amazing guest experience. We are looking for confident, reliable Shift Leaders to help run daily operations at both our stores and support our team on the floor.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leadership, working in a fun high-energy environment, and being part of a close-knit team.

What You’ll Do

As a Shift Leader, you are the point person during your shift. You ensure the shop runs smoothly, the team stays on track, and every guest leaves happy.

​

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the team during your shift

• Assign stations and manage workflow

• Handle guest interactions and resolve issues

• Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and safety

• Coach and motivate team members

• Manage opening and closing procedures

• Count cash drawers and complete shift reports

• Maintain a calm, positive environment — even during rushes

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience in food service or retail (lead experience a plus)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented

• Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments

• Comfortable handling customer concerns with professionalism

• Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays

We're ideally seeking people who can commit through the end of the summer, as training requires time and consistency. This role has the potential to become a year-round position. Competitive pay with performance-based raises and bonuses.

PAWLING: Initial shifts will be Wednesday - Sunday 4-8pm starting in February

​

CARMEL: Initial shifts will be Wednesday - Sunday 4-8pm starting in March
