We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and energetic Store Manager to lead our team and help create an exceptional experience for every guest at each of our shops. Pawling and Carmel.

• Pawling, NY

• Carmel, NY

Pay

• Starting at $25+/hour (based on experience) plus tips if you work a solo shift

• Performance-based raises and growth opportunities

​

Schedule

• Wednesday – Sunday

• 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM

• Fridays & Saturdays: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

• Approximately 35–40 hours per week

​

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day operations of the shop

• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members

• Schedule employees and oversee daily staffing

• Track inventory and place product orders

• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards are met

• Open and close the store

• Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally

• Lead by example and create an outstanding guest experience

• Keep the shop running efficiently while maintaining our high standards

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Current ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification required (or willingness to obtain within the first 60 days of employment)

• Previous management experience in food service, hospitality, or retail preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused

• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, Easter.
